b. Information from Families and Seniors

  • Full name and contact details
  • Address and care location
  • Information related to caregiving needs (e.g., mobility support, chronic conditions)
  • Payment and billing details
  • Ratings and feedback on caregiver services

c. Information from LTC Operators

  • Business registration and contact information
  • Authorized representative information
  • Subscription and payment details

3. How We Use the Information

KindredCare uses the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To enable AI-powered caregiver matching, based on skills, location, and compatibility.
  • To facilitate communication between caregivers, families, and LTC homes.
  • To track and verify visits using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
  • To automate payments and generate accurate invoices.
  • To maintain safety and compliance with Canadian labour, privacy, and tax laws.
  • To calculate and display Trust Scores that help users make informed decisions.
